Learner at heart, building teams and improving through curiosity and insight.
I think of my life and work as one long apprenticeship — learning from marriage, fatherhood, leadership, and the craft of building strong teams. Curiosity has been the through-line, pushing me to study why some environments thrive and others stall, and how small changes in structure or mindset can transform outcomes.
My philosophy is to approach work like a craftsman: disciplined, observant, and committed to improvement. I believe teams perform best when they share rhythm, trust, and a sense of purpose, and I try to contribute to that wherever I go. I pull insights from diverse fields — psychology, sports, business, philosophy — and use them to refine how I think and lead.
I’ve worked across sales, strategy, leadership, and organizational development, helping companies build systems that support growth and clarity. My experience spans early-stage startups to established teams, giving me a wide lens on what makes people and organizations perform at their best. I continue to write and share my thinking as I learn.
